Remote Lead UX​/UI Designer

Our client is looking for a visionary Remote Lead UX/UI Designer to spearhead their digital product design efforts. You will be responsible for defining the user experience and interface design strategy for a suite of innovative digital products. This role involves leading a distributed team of designers, conducting user research, and translating insights into intuitive and engaging user interfaces that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.

• Lead the design process from concept to completion, including user research, wire framing, prototyping, and high-fidelity UI design for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate effectively with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design vision with business objectives and technical feasibility.
• Conduct user testing and analyze feedback to iterate on designs and improve overall user experience.

• Extensive experience (7+ years) in UX/UI design, with a proven track record of leading design projects and teams.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in user-centered design, interaction design, and visual design for complex applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data.
