Junior UX​/UI Designer

Our client is searching for a creative and user-centric Junior UX/UI Designer to join their innovative product development team in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth) . This role offers a blend of remote work and in-office collaboration, allowing you to contribute to intuitive and engaging user experiences for their digital products. You will work closely with product managers, developers, and researchers to translate user needs into seamless designs.

• Assist in designing user interfaces for web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups based on user research and project requirements.
• Participate in user testing sessions and gather feedback to iterate on designs.
• Collaborate with the product team in both remote and in-office meetings.
• Maintain and contribute to a consistent design language and style guide.

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Proficiency with design tools such as Figma , Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and design thinking methodologies.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or professional).
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a hybrid team.
