This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Graphic Designer or creative professional who enjoys transforming information into visually engaging, accessible and professional digital materials.

You'll use your design skills to bring learning materials to life, creating high-quality visual resources that help employees across an international organisation understand and engage with information. You don't need to have previously worked in L&D. If you're a talented designer with strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills and experience creating professional materials within a commercial environment, we'd love to hear from you.

What you'll be doing

Designing visually engaging digital learning materials, presentations, graphics and supporting resources for employees across the organisation.
Transforming existing information, technical material and learning content into clear, creative and professional visual designs.
Using graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Cloud, to develop high-quality learning assets and digital resources.
Creating visual layouts, illustrations, infographics and other engaging design elements that make complex information easier to understand.
Working closely with Learning & Development colleagues and subject matter experts to understand design requirements and bring their ideas to life.
Applying strong principles of typography, layout, colour, branding and visual communication across learning materials.
Developing visually consistent resources that can be used across different departments, locations and international teams.
Supporting the design of digital and blended learning experiences, including visual elements for online learning modules and self-directed resources.
Producing professional presentations, visual guides, knowledge resources and other materials to support employee learning.
Ensuring all designs are accessible, easy to navigate, engaging and aligned with company brand guidelines.
Managing multiple design requests and projects, balancing creative quality with agreed deadlines.
Collaborating with internal teams to refine designs based on stakeholder feedback.

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a Graphic Design, Digital Design, Creative Design, Marketing Design or similar commercially focused position.
A strong portfolio demonstrating creative ability, professional graphic design work and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe, particularly tools such as Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign, or equivalent professional design software.
Excellent understanding of visual design principles, including layout, typography, composition, colour and branding.
Experience designing engaging digital materials, presentations, marketing collateral, visual resources or other professional creative content.
The ability to take existing written or technical information and transform it into visually appealing, easy-to-understand designs.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce polished, consistent work.
Confidence working with different stakeholders, interpreting briefs and responding positively to feedback.
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple design projects and deadlines.
A creative mindset with an interest in developing engaging digital experiences.

It would be beneficial, but isn't essential, if you have:
