About the Role
Our client is seeking a talented and versatile Senior Photographer to join their creative team based in Nelspruit. This role involves capturing high-quality visual content for a variety of projects, including marketing campaigns, product showcases, and corporate events. You will be responsible for conceptualizing photographic approaches, setting up shots, operating camera equipment, and delivering polished images that meet brand standards and creative objectives.
We are looking for an individual with a keen artistic eye, technical expertise in photography, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute visually to a diverse range of initiatives within a supportive environment.
- Plan and execute photographic sessions, ensuring adherence to creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Operate professional camera equipment, lighting, and related accessories.
- Capture high-resolution images for marketing, advertising, web content, and internal communications.
- Edit and retouch photographs using professional software, ensuring optimal quality and aesthetic appeal.
- Collaborate with marketing and design teams to understand project requirements and deliver compelling visual assets.
- Maintain and manage photographic equipment, ensuring it is in optimal working condition.
- Bachelor's degree in Photography, Fine Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional photography experience, with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise.
- Proficiency in professional photography equipment and lighting techniques.
- Expertise in photo editing software such as Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop.
- Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to direct subjects effectively.
