Remote Wedding Planner

Our client is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and organized Remote Wedding Planner to craft dream weddings for clients across various locations, coordinating services remotely from their base near Kimberley . This role involves managing all aspects of wedding planning, from initial consultation and budget management to vendor selection, design, and day-of coordination, all executed with the flexibility of remote work. You will work closely with couples to understand their vision, preferences, and budget, transforming their ideas into memorable and seamless celebrations.

• Consult with clients to understand their wedding vision, style, budget, and preferences.
• Develop comprehensive wedding plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring all elements are managed effectively.
• Source, vet, and manage relationships with vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, and entertainers.
• Oversee the design and aesthetic aspects of the wedding, ensuring a cohesive and beautiful event.
• Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the planning process.
• Coordinate logistics for the wedding day, ensuring smooth execution and addressing any unforeseen issues.

• Proven experience as a wedding planner or event coordinator, with a portfolio of successfully executed weddings.
• Exceptional organizational skills, with meticulous attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and vendors.
