You will be responsible for the entire event lifecycle, from conceptualization and planning to execution and post-event analysis, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for all attendees. You'll be instrumental in driving engagement and achieving event objectives through innovative digital strategies.

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of online and hybrid events, including webinars, conferences, and virtual galas.
• Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistical aspects for virtual platforms.
• Develop creative concepts and engagement strategies tailored for remote audiences.
• Coordinate marketing and promotional activities to drive event registration and participation.
• Provide technical support and guidance to speakers and attendees during live virtual events.

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, with a strong focus on virtual or hybrid events.
• Proficiency with event management software and virtual event platforms (e.g., Zoom, Hopin, Cvent).
• Excellent project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, effective for remote collaboration.
