10ML publishes perfume guides, house and note guides, comparisons and fragrance data studies in many European languages. You lead that editorial engine and set the standard for how 10ML writes about perfume, perfume decants and samples.

What you will do

Own the editorial calendar for the 10ML guides and blog with the SEO lead: topics, briefs, quality and publishing
Write and edit expert fragrance content: notes, accords, perfumers, houses, seasons and occasions
Run translation and localisation quality across German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish and more, with native reviewers
Build fact-checking standards so every claim about a perfume is accurate and sourced
Shape product descriptions, category pages and social copy so they read like a perfume expert wrote them
Grow 10ML as a trusted fragrance authority that press, creators and answer engines cite

What you bring

5+ years in editorial, content or copywriting, with at least 2 years leading writers or translators
Deep knowledge of perfume: olfactive families, raw materials and the major designer and niche houses
Excellent English; native-level German, French or Italian is a strong plus
Experience with SEO content and a headless CMS (Sanity, Contentful or similar)
Bonus: training in perfumery, or a fragrance blog, newsletter or channel of your own

Salary
EUR 85,000 to 120,000 gross per year, plus an annual performance bonus.
