Film Editor

Our client is seeking a skilled and creative Film Editor for remote collaboration on a variety of audiovisual projects. You will be responsible for assembling raw footage into compelling narratives, ensuring pacing, rhythm, and emotional impact are optimized for the final product. This role demands a keen eye for detail, a strong sense of storytelling, and proficiency with modern editing software.

• Edit raw video footage into cohesive and engaging narratives for films, documentaries, commercials, and online content.
• Collaborate remotely with directors, producers, and other team members to achieve the desired vision and story flow.
• Select appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance the final edit.
• Ensure technical quality of edits, including color correction and sound mixing, to meet professional standards.
• Manage project files and archives efficiently, maintaining organized workflows for remote production.

• Proven experience as a Film Editor or Video Editor, with a portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
• Proficiency in professional non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, continuity, and visual composition.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote teams.
• Familiarity with color grading, sound design, and motion graphics is a plus.
