Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Our client is seeking a talented and creative Real Estate Photographer and Videographer to join their network of fully remote service providers supporting the Kimberley region. This role is responsible for capturing high-quality visual content for property listings, including professional photography, engaging video tours, and potentially aerial drone footage. You will work independently, managing your schedule and delivering final edited assets digitally.

• Plan and execute professional photo and video shoots for residential and commercial properties.
• Capture high-resolution images and dynamic video footage that highlights property features and appeal.
• Edit photos and videos to produce polished, market-ready assets using professional software.
• Potentially operate drones to capture aerial views and unique property perspectives.
• Deliver final edited digital content within agreed-upon timelines.
• Collaborate remotely with real estate agents to understand specific marketing needs for each property.

• Proven portfolio showcasing high-quality real estate photography and videography.
• Proficiency with professional camera equipment, lighting, and editing software (e.g., Adobe Suite).
• Experience with drone operation and aerial photography/videography is a strong asset.
• Excellent understanding of composition, lighting, and visual storytelling in real estate contexts.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to property locations within the Kimberley area.
• Strong time management skills and ability to work autonomously as a contractor.
