Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Remote Food & Beverage Experience Curator to design and manage exceptional culinary journeys for their clientele, all from a remote work setting based in South Africa. This role is central to developing innovative food and beverage experiences that delight customers and align with brand standards. You will be responsible for conceptualizing menus, sourcing unique ingredients and suppliers, and ensuring the flawless execution of these experiences, whether virtual or in-person assisted.

• Conceptualize, design, and manage unique food and beverage experiences, including themed menus, tasting events, and interactive culinary workshops.

• Develop detailed event plans, including budgeting, logistics, and participant communication for all curated F&B experiences.
• Create compelling descriptions and marketing materials for F&B experiences, highlighting unique aspects and appeal.
• Oversee the execution of experiences, providing remote support and troubleshooting as needed to ensure seamless delivery.
• Stay updated on global food trends, innovative culinary techniques, and emerging F&B concepts to continually refresh offerings.

• Proven experience in food and beverage management, event planning, or a similar role within the hospitality or culinary industry.
• Strong knowledge of culinary arts, gastronomy, wine pairings, and mixology.
• Excellent creativity and a passion for developing unique and memorable dining experiences.
• Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail in planning and execution.
