UX​/UI Designer in sportsbook and casino

Make is an independent digital agency based in East London. It works with an international Sports book and Casino brand in the gambling industry.

Contribute to designing player-facing experiences across defined product areas, from initial concepts to Figma prototypes Gather and interpret design requirements from briefings and stakeholder discussions Participate in user research and incorporate insights into the design process Iterate on designs based on feedback from senior designers, stakeholders, and research findings Maintain consistency and accuracy across design outputs, following established design systems and brand guidelines Collaborate with UX/UI, Research, and Product colleagues to deliver user-centric outcomes Manage workload, flag priorities, and raise blockers promptly Explore and apply AI tools to improve workflow or enhance the player experience Contribute to team culture with enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

Demonstrable experience working in design teams in the gambling industry Proficient in Figma, including prototyping and working within design systems Good communication and collaboration skills Strong attention to detail and a process-driven approach Comfortable meeting deadlines in a fast-paced commercial environment Interested in the full design process, from initial ideas to final execution Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning Curious and creative, willing to experiment Reliable, organised, and proactive Able to work independently when required and contribute as a team player Not afraid to ask questions or contribute ideas regardless of seniority Able to challenge the norm with clients and colleagues Clear, persuasive communication and presentation skills Strong time and project management skills Creative problem-solving skills and able to help deliver work to deadlines Detail-oriented and process-driven Будет плюсом:
