AI Creative Specialist - Freelance

The AI Creative Specialist is a hands‑on expert in generative image and video production. You'll be a part of the agency’s AI Creative team, working across our client roster to produce original, high‑fidelity visuals using prompt engineering, model training, and custom internal tooling.

The core of this role is client‑facing image and video generation. Alongside that, you'll help develop, test, and improve the internal AI tools our creative teams use every day — so the workflows you refine on a project become repeatable capability for the wider agency. You'll partner closely with post‑production, creative, and strategy teams, pushing what's possible in AI‑assisted content while holding a high bar for brand consistency, product accuracy, and commercial viability.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Expertly employ various AI image and video models (e.g., Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, Mini Max, Wan) and work fluently in node‑based and API‑driven environments (ComfyUI, fal.ai, Replicate), and use finishing tools (Topaz, Krea, Adobe CC) to bring outputs to delivery quality.
• It is a plus if you have experience with LoRA training for reference and identity conditioning, or experience with image‑to‑video and multi‑reference workflows — for specific products, packaging, materials, and brand worlds.

• Collaborate with Motion Graphics Designers, Video Editors, and Graphic Designers to embed AI‑generated assets seamlessly into final deliverables. Guide teams on best practices for maximizing the potential of AI‑generated components within larger creative campaigns.

• Develop and refine processes for AI‑driven content creation: prompt architecture, iterative and batch workflows, reference libraries, and reusable presets.
• Help maintain and improve our internal AI creative tools. That means using them in live production, reporting bugs and edge cases, proposing features, testing releases, and documenting workflows so other teams can pick them up. Being familiarized with APIs, JSON, and vibe‑coding is preferred.
• Track emerging models and techniques, benchmark them against what we already use, and make clear cases for what's worth adopting or piloting.

• Oversee quality checks on AI outputs, adjusting for color, composition, and brand alignment.
• Ensure final deliverables meet both creative standards and client expectations across a variety of use cases (e.g., paid social, digital displays, print).

• Share what you learn: run walkthroughs, write documentation, and coach team members on prompt crafting, model selection, and workflow choices. Partner with creative leads to scope feasibility, effort, and timelines on AI‑driven work.

• Experience: 3+ years in a creative production or AI‑focused role; proven experience delivering AI‑generated Experience content for commercial use.
• Technical Expertise: Proficient in multiple AI generation platforms and workflows (Flux, Midjourney, Gemini image models, ComfyUI, etc.). Skilled in model training for product or branded imagery.
• Creative & Aesthetic Sense: Strong design sensibility with a proven ability to align AI outputs to specific brand styles.
• Innovation Mindset: Demonstrated record of experimentation and successful integration of emerging AI solutions in real‑world campaigns.
• Collaboration: Exceptional communication skills; comfortable leading discussions on AI‑driven concepts with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
