As a 3D Animation and Motion Graphics Specialist, you will be a key creative force in our global studio. You will be responsible for creating stunning 3D animations and motion graphics that bring our clients' brands to life. This is a creative and technical role that offers the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects, including product explainers and brand films.

Day-to-day, you'll be working on all aspects of the 3D animation pipeline, from storyboarding and concepting to modelling, texturing, animating, and rendering. This role requires a high degree of creativity, technical skill, and a passion for storytelling.

This is a mid-level role with complete global flexibility. You can work remotely from anywhere in the world, adopt a hybrid approach with occasional office visits, or work from our London headquarters. We trust you to manage your own time and deliver exceptional creative work. Time tracking is a standard company policy for any work completed outside our office environment. This industry-standard practice is implemented across our entire organisation, from the executive team to interns, ensuring security, progress monitoring, and transparent performance measurement.

This is a mid-level role with a clear path to leadership in creative roles. You'll start by mastering our creative process and consistently delivering exceptional work, with the opportunity to progress to a Senior or Lead role within 18 to 24 months. Exceptional performers will have the chance to build and lead their own creative team.

• Create high-quality 3D animations and motion graphics for a wide range of projects, including product explainers, brand films, and social media content.
• Work on all aspects of the 3D animation pipeline, from storyboarding and concepting to modelling, texturing, animating, and rendering.
• Collaborate with our global creative team, including art directors, copywriters, and video editors, to develop and execute creative concepts.
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in 3D animation and motion graphics.
• Continuously learn and improve your skills through training and experimentation.

• A strong portfolio of 3D animation and motion graphics work that demonstrates your creative and technical skills.
• Expertise in industry-standard software, such as Cinema 4D, After Effects, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• A deep understanding of the 3D animation pipeline and a passion for storytelling.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for remote team coordination.
