Flagship is seeking a Senior Product Designer to join its auto lending product portfolio as the first dedicated UX designer, owning the user experience from concept through launch in a fast-moving, collaborative environment.
You will lead design for Dealer Portal, Originations platform, DMS, and CRM, translating complex workflows into intuitive experiences, creating flows, wireframes, and prototypes with Figma, and scaling a design system across products.
