We are seeking a Patternmaker to join our creative team in St. Louis, MO, translating design concepts into flawless, high-performing garments. In this role, you will create initial patterns, manage precise grading across size ranges, and partner closely with our Design and Technical Design teams to ensure every style meets our strict fit standards and aesthetic intent.

• Draft initial patterns in requested base or photo sample sizes, applying initial grading to maintain design intent and maximize fabric yield.
• Apply grading to all adopted styles across multiple size ranges and opposite models to prepare patterns for full production.
• Review all pattern specifications thoroughly in relation to physical garments and coordinate updates with Technical Design.
• Dress adopted styles in 3D visualization software to evaluate silhouette, drape, and construction digitally.
• Actively participate in development fit sessions, making real-time pattern adjustments to illustrate structural revisions.
• Partner closely with Design, Technical Design, Sourcing, Product Development, and Quality Assurance to ensure seamless execution.
• Attend Technical Design handovers to guarantee clear communication of all pattern construction and fit details.
