Lead UX​/UI Designer; Remote-First

• Lead the design and user experience for new and existing digital products, ensuring intuitive and engaging interfaces.
• Develop user personas, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define product requirements and design solutions.

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a significant portion in a lead or senior role.
• Proven experience in designing complex web and mobile applications.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, InVision, or similar.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, interaction design, and visual design best practices.
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in remote, distributed teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of successful UX/UI design projects.
