Line Producing Corporate Video

Imagine showcasing cutting-edge tech in a way that's both informative and visually captivating. We're seeking a highly experienced Senior Line Producer for an upcoming corporate video project, focusing on a series of short, engaging pieces for an innovative B2B software company. This project involves a mix of interviews, product demos, and narrative segments, aiming for a polished, professional, and slightly energetic tone.

Your primary role will be to meticulously manage the budget, schedule, and logistics, ensuring a smooth production process from pre-production through delivery. Key responsibilities include vendor negotiation, crew hiring, location scouting coordination, and on-set management, all while maintaining clear communication with the creative team and client. We're looking for someone with a proven track record in corporate or commercial productions, ideally with experience managing projects with remote elements.

Strong organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent problem-solving abilities are essential. Experience with productions involving complex technical demonstrations or multiple talent interviews is a plus. While Austin, TX is preferred for occasional in-person meetings, remote work is entirely acceptable for the right candidate. This is for approximately 3 weeks of work spread across October and November 2026, with a 2-3 day shoot block in November 2026.
