Blacksmith Agency seeks a Senior Product Designer, Design Systems to own how client design systems are built. You translate a brand and a few reference sites into a tokenized system: tokens, variables, modes, and core components that a build pipeline can execute with precision.
You will ship reusable component libraries that endure across an entire site, document the system for developers or automated pipelines, and work across several client brands with the same structural rigor.
