Editing Corporate Video

An independent production is seeking a talented Senior Editor for an upcoming corporate video project. This isn't your typical dry corporate piece; we're crafting an engaging, narrative-driven promotional film for a tech startup, showcasing their innovative product with a modern, clean aesthetic. Think high-end commercial rather than internal training video. Key responsibilities include ingesting footage, assembling rough cuts, refining edits based on feedback, incorporating motion graphics (provided by a separate artist), sound design (we have a composer, you'll mix), and final color grading.

You'll work closely with the director to achieve the desired tone and pace. We value creative input and problem-solving. We require at least 5-7 years of professional editing experience, specifically with corporate or commercial content, and proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience with DaVinci Resolve for color grading is a plus. You must own your editing workstation and software; a comfortable, professional setup is essential.

Please provide a strong reel demonstrating your expertise in narrative and promotional editing. This is for approximately 3-4 weeks of work, starting in the first half of November 2026. We anticipate a daily rate of $500-800, commensurate with experience. While a Los Angeles-based editor is preferred for potential in-person meetings, remote work is possible with reliable communication. We provide all source footage and project assets.
