This position requires a deep understanding of various content formats, from short-form social media clips to long-form documentary and fictional content. As a remote team member, you'll leverage cutting-edge collaboration tools to work effectively with directors, producers, and other post-production specialists. • Edit video footage to create polished and engaging content across various genres and platforms.
• Assemble rough cuts, refine edits, and ensure logical flow and pacing.
• Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and voice-overs to enhance the final product.
• Collaborate with directors and producers remotely to achieve the desired vision and narrative.
• Manage and organize project files, footage, and assets efficiently.
• Ensure color correction and grading are applied consistently and effectively.
• Perform audio mixing and mastering to professional broadcast standards.
• Adhere to project deadlines and deliver final edited videos in specified formats.
• Stay abreast of new editing techniques and technologies relevant to remote workflows.

• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Video Editor with a strong portfolio of diverse projects.
• Expert proficiency in non-linear editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Solid understanding of video codecs, formats, and delivery specifications.
• Experience with color grading tools (e.g., Lumetri Color, DaVinci Resolve) and audio mixing.
• Excellent storytelling abilities and a keen eye for detail in pacing, timing, and continuity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide and receive constructive feedback remotely.
• Familiarity with cloud-based collaboration and project management tools is essential for this remote role.
