• Create compelling narrative and visual presentations for catering concepts, including mood boards, sample menus, and operational outlines.
• Collaborate with clients remotely to understand their vision, brand identity, and specific requirements.
• Develop unique culinary offerings, signature dishes, and beverage programs that align with each concept.
• Assess the feasibility and profitability of developed concepts, considering operational logistics and target markets.
• Stay informed about advancements in food presentation, sustainable practices, and guest experience design.

• A minimum of 8 years of experience in culinary arts, menu development, or brand concept creation within the catering, hospitality, or food & beverage industry.
• Demonstrated success in developing and presenting innovative and commercially viable food concepts.
• Strong understanding of global cuisines, dietary trends, and food presentation aesthetics.
• Exceptional creative and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent remote presentation, communication, and storytelling abilities.
