Outlier seeks fluent English speakers to assess AI voice, image, and video outputs. You will rank naturalness, quality, realism, and prompt adherence. The work also involves writing evidence-based explanations of errors and making clear decisions when both options have flaws.
Key Responsibilities:- Hold live scenario-based conversations with AI voice models
- Compare AI-generated image and video pairs
- Inspect outputs for visual, motion, text, and audio errors
- Rate adherence, quality, and realism across outputs
- Write specific explanations describing observed problems
- Fluent English with clear written communication
- Strong attention to detail and patience
- Comfort with natural, everyday conversational speech
- Experience writing short evidence-based explanations or reviews
- Ability to decide clearly when options have flaws
