Position: UI/UX Designers (Must own Mac Book)

Compensation: $50–$60/hour

Commitment:
10–20 hours/week
- Complete and narrate real UI/UX design tasks on your Mac to create high-quality training data for advanced AI models
. - Utilize tools like Figma
, Sketch
, Framer
, or Adobe XD to design web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems. - Explain design decisions clearly while working independently to support AI model improvement
. - Engage in user research and usability testing to enhance design outputs.
- Work in a structured environment without the high pressure of internships or full-time roles.
Must-Have
- 2–3 years of professional experience or current enrollment in postgrad HCI/design studies.
- Proficiency in Figma
, Sketch
, Framer
, or Adobe XD
. - Experience designing web or mobile interfaces, wireframes, prototypes, and design systems.
- Bachelor's from a prestigious institution or currently pursuing/recently completed Master's.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must own a Mac Book or Mac with an Apple M-series chip or Intel processor
, running macOS 15 or higher.
