Your cursor has opinions, your grid has logic, and your output has soul, which is the rare combination TJX Companies needs in an UX/UI Designer. The deal favors the seasoned — 3 years earns $53,000 - $80,000, a full-time arrangement, and a creative charter you'll actually own.

• Map where HTML/CSS and Visual Design overlap, then live in that messy middle
• Pace a product walkthrough so the deeply-bought-in payoff lands at the right second
• Translate dense product specs into visuals a tired commuter grasps instantly
• Turn complex creative information into clear, engaging visuals
• Grow a scrappy Framer toolkit into a documented system the next hire inherits
• Sustain a 3-week sprint cadence without letting the work go generic
• Leave a documented trail so the next creative inherits judgment, not just files

• A track record of flexible delivery in a full-time structure
• 3 or more years steering creative projects end to end
• Hands-on Framer experience that survives a whiteboard interview
• Equal parts Cultural Awareness depth and Visual Design curiosity
• A collaborator who makes the mid-level review feel less like an exam
