UX/UI Designer

There's craft you can teach and taste you can't, and Quantum Leap Inc is hiring an UX/UI Designer who clearly arrived with the second kind. This remote UX/UI Designer role offers a $68,000 - $98,000 salary, real ownership over your work, and a clear path to grow alongside a team that ships.

• Trace every Lottie asset back to the brief so revisions stay honest
• Turn rough briefs into polished InVision deliverables the creative team can ship
• Prototype three creative concepts cheap so the fourth can go deep
• Storyboard and direct photo, video, and content shoots end to end
• Wring a campaign system from an one-line creative tagline
• Set guardrails loose enough for senior creatives to surprise you inside them
• Support senior designers through critique, mentorship, and shared best practices
• Stage A/B variants that isolate one creative variable cleanly

• Pattern recognition earned across many creative engagements
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame
• Cross-functional ease, from Cultural Awareness engineers to 3D Modeling marketers
• 6+ years that left you with strong instincts and few illustrations
