Motion Graphics Designer

Most briefs are vague on purpose, and the people-centered Motion Graphics Designer we want at Salesforce reads that ambiguity as an invitation, not an obstacle. A remote Motion Graphics Designer seat at Salesforce that pairs $80,000 - $114,000 with ownership, collaboration, and a long-term growth track.

• Audit existing creative for the playfully-serious inconsistencies nobody flagged sooner
• Knead a clumsy stock photo into something that feels shot for Salesforce
• Shape brand voice across every touchpoint our Costa Mesa customers actually notice
• Tighten a loose deck until every slide earns its place in the remote pitch
• Bring concepts to life through motion, illustration, or interactive media
• Craft layouts, typography, and imagery that elevate the Salesforce experience
• Write, edit, and shape copy that reflects Salesforce's voice and values

• The reflex to surface risk before it surfaces itself
• A collaborator who makes the mid-level review feel less like an exam
• Sharp written and verbal communication, tested under scrutiny
• Clarity of thought that shows up in tidy documentation

The patience to mentor without taking over the keyboard
• Fluency in Innovation earned the hard way, not just from a tutorial
• 3 years of learning when to trust the process and when to break it

Salesforce is an empathy-led Costa Mesa, CA company born from the belief that creative tools should respect the people using them. We reward the teammate who unblocks three colleagues over the one who quietly hero-codes alone.

We anchor everything in $80,000 - $114,000, then add mentorship, benefits, and the freedom to flex your remote schedule around real life.
