Creative Content Producer - Digital Media

Our client, a dynamic player in the Arts & Entertainment sector, is seeking a highly creative and versatile Content Producer to conceptualize and execute engaging digital content. This hybrid role, based in Paarl, Western Cape, will be responsible for creating compelling narratives across various digital platforms, including social media, websites, and streaming services. You will be instrumental in developing video content, written articles, interactive media, and promotional materials that capture the essence of our artistic endeavors and connect with a broad audience.

• Develop creative concepts and strategies for digital content production that align with organizational goals and brand voice.
• Produce high-quality video content, including scripting, shooting, directing, and editing.
• Write engaging copy for website articles, blog posts, social media updates, and promotional materials.
• Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of assets across all digital channels.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and programming teams to ensure cohesive and impactful campaigns.
• Utilize digital tools and analytics to track content performance and inform future strategies.
• Stay current with emerging trends in digital media, content creation, and audience engagement.
• Oversee post-production processes, including graphics, sound design, and music selection.

• Proven experience (4+ years) in content production, digital media, or a related role within the Arts & Entertainment industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing successful video production, writing, and digital content strategy.
• Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and content management systems (CMS).
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Experience with social media platforms and best practices for content distribution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor's degree in Media Production, Communications, Digital Arts, or a related field.
