• Produce engaging video explainers and social media content that simplify complex climate, technology, and innovation topics.
• Manage publishing workflows, editorial calendars, and cross-functional collaborations with analysts and policy experts.

• Create and adapt content for You Tube and Linked In, including filming, editing, captioning, and graphics.
• Test storytelling formats and analyze performance to grow audience engagement and discoverability.

• Strong portfolio showing full video production from idea to published content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or equivalent; excellent storytelling and communication skills.
