- Create high-fidelity web design concepts for clients across multiple industries.
- Push UI/UX, illustration, and motion design to create innovative digital experiences.
- Develop visual concepts using a strategy-led design approach.
- Translate static designs into motion and animation concepts.
- Lead design discussions and presentations, explaining design rationale and decisions.
- Build trusted client relationships and provide creative problem-solving and ideation.
- Partner with internal and external cross-disciplinary teams.
- Communicate complex digital project concepts to varied audiences.
- Inspire team members to deliver high-quality experiences.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating breadth and depth in digital design, web design, and user experience.
- 4–6 years of experience at a leading digital agency.
- Expertise in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Suite.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Player-coach mindset and openness to different points of view.
- Knowledge of current design trends, innovation, and best practices.
- Ability to improve design practices and processes.
- Availability to accommodate Pacific Standard Time for occasional team and client collaboration.
- Ability to work remotely from any location or from the San Jose, California headquarters.
- Flexible location with remote work available worldwide.
- Optional access to the downtown San Jose, California headquarters.
- Work with a distributed cross-functional team of designers, developers, strategists, and producers.
