At Outlier, contributors evaluate how naturally, clearly, and usefully AI voice models respond. You will also assess generated videos, identify mismatched audio or unnatural motion, and provide concise written reasoning. The work is fully remote with flexible hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct live English conversations with AI voice models
Rank exchanges for naturalness, usefulness, and clarity
Compare AI-generated videos with prompts or source clips
Replay footage to detect flickering and unnatural motion
Evaluate speech pronunciation and target-voice matching
Requirements:
Fluent English speaker with clear written communication
Comfortable speaking naturally through realistic scenarios
Patient, detail-oriented approach to listening and review
Experience producing short evidence-based explanations
Comfort making clear choices between imperfect options
Use conversational English, careful listening, and video judgment to help Outlier evaluate more natural AI-generated media.
