Work on visual AI projects, on your own schedule, and apply your professional photography judgment to image data.
The AI systems everyone is talking about are trained and tested by people who understand images in the real world. The teams building them need professional photographers who can prepare realistic image examples, judge whether an AI understands what a photograph shows, write the description a photography expert would give, and explain where the AI misses important details or context. Your judgment helps shape the next generation of image-based AI.
This is that work, done remotely as a part-time contractor.
- Write precise descriptions, labels, captions and context for portraits and landscapes
- Review photographic data for accuracy and consistency across commercial and editorial images
- Analyze images and explain the subjects, visual details and surrounding context a professional viewer would notice
- Organize image data and submit it using the project guidelines, then apply coordinator feedback to improve your work
- Get paid $55–$105 an hour to organize, review and submit image data under project guidelines
- Work on visual AI projects by reviewing images, writing descriptions and explaining visual details
- Apply your professional photography judgment to help evaluate image data for AI projects
- Fully remote and flexible, no fixed shifts, no commute
- Professional photography experience totaling at least five years, covering portraits, landscapes, commercial or editorial work
- A strong portfolio, plus hands-on use of cameras and Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom
- Professional fluency in English, with clear communication, reliable organization and close attention to detail
- No prior AI experience is required. You bring photography expertise; the work involves organizing, reviewing and submitting image data under project guidelines.
- $55–$105 per hour, paid hourly as an independent contractor
- Part-time, flexible schedule; fully remote, United States
