We need a versatile graphic designer who can flex across brand, packaging, and marketing. You’ll work closely with our Brand Creative team and collaborate across Brand Marketing, Operations, Regulatory, and Production - helping our visual identity and design come to life across every touchpoint.

You’re the designer who can go from a die-line spec to a presentation deck without missing a beat. You combine real technical chops with a genuine creative eye - comfortable with varnish layers and spot UV finishes as well as pulling together a compelling brand presentation. AI-assisted creative tools are already part of how you work.

RYZE was founded in 2019 by Andrée Werner and Rashad Hossain, out of a parents' basement, with a mission to change daily health, starting with the morning routine: a nutrient-dense mushroom coffee delivering clean energy, mental clarity, and immune support. Built on a Direct-to-Consumer foundation with a performance marketing engine, RYZE achieved hockey-stick growth and a community of over 1 million active subscribers.

DTC remains the foundation, but RYZE has expanded into mass retail, quickly becoming the #2 items in Target's overall coffee category and is now executing a multi-channel expansion, with a cross-category launch coming in early 2027. RYZE is uniquely positioned to redefine how people think about daily wellness.

PSL Baked Oats Recipe
You’ll need:
Ingredients:
-1 RYZE Pumpkin Spice Latte Stick
-½ cup rolled or quick oats
-¾ cup milk of choice
-2 tbsp pumpkin puree
-2 tbsp maple syrup
-1 tsp vanilla extract
-½ tsp baking powder
-Yogurt, pumpkin pie spice, and cinnamon stick for topping
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly grease an 8-oz ramekin. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour into the prepared ramekin and bake for 35-40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool slightly, then top with yogurt, a dusting of pumpkin pie spice, and a cinnamon stick. Enjoy!

Proven ability to design across formats: packaging, marketing decks, brand collateral, and digital assets.

Strong experience designing for print production - die-lines, print processes, and production-ready file setup are second nature.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Illustrator and Photoshop.

Proficiency in Figma, Slack, Google Suite (Slides, Docs, Sheets), and Microsoft Office.

Familiarity with AI-assisted creative and image-generation tools (Nano Banana, Firefly, etc.).

A genuine creative eye for modern design trends, visual storytelling, and brand impact.

Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines independently.

Strong attention to detail and a near-obsessive approach to file organization.

Clear, proactive communicator who keeps the right people informed without being asked.

Packaging & production design — Creates accurate, complete, print-ready artwork files including die-lines, finishing specs, and color callouts. Vendors can work from the files without clarification.

Brand & marketing design — Flexes from a packaging comp to a pitch deck without losing quality or consistency. Keeps the visual identity coherent across every format.

AI-assisted creative — Uses tools like Firefly and Nano Banana as genuine workflow accelerators - not novelties. Knows when they help and when they don’t.
