Position Overview

Insurance and Financial Services Position - State Farm Agent Team Member. Full Time, fully remote - US. Responsibilities and growth opportunities in a remote State Farm agency serving Maryland, Delaware, and Pennsylvania for over 25 years.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service, including inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Use a needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to success.

• Property and Casualty license (must have currently).
• Life and Health license (must have currently).
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, listening).
• Enthusiastic about the role of insurance and financial products in helping people manage risks and realize their dreams.
• People-oriented, organized, self-motivated, detail oriented, proactive in problem solving, and dedicated to customer service.
• Ability to work in a team and multi-task; ability to present to potential customers.
• Provide timely activity reports to the agent; stay current in product changes, licensing, and continuing education.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year.
