Overview
Join IWG as a Community Associate at Regus to help customers work from anywhere.
ResponsibilitiesYou’ll work closely with new and existing customers across a myriad of industries, creating and maintaining a community within your center and managing administrative and support needs.
Typical DayArrive before the center opens to prepare and address any cleaning oversights.
Assist customers with Wi‑Fi changes, package arrivals, meeting room directions, projector setup, and invoicing.
Coordinate service portal tickets for temperature, printing, and invoices.
Plan weekly networking events, write e‑invites, print posters, and promote the IWG community to prospective members.
Close the day by clearing meeting rooms and ensuring a tidy center.
About YouWe’re looking for someone who manages multiple tasks while providing the best customer service. You need to be:
- A good communicator, with the ability to build strong professional relationships and empathize with people’s needs (Ideally 1+ years of customer service experience)
- Happy taking ownership of problems and finding ways to solve them
- Positive, enthusiastic, and able to adapt to fast‑changing situations
- Experience and confidence using MS Office and other basic IT equipment
- Legally eligible to work in the Country you are applying within and at least 18 years old
