Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent

Aspen Dental has over 1,000 locations dedicated to providing dental services to all patients. We focus on breaking down barriers that make it hard for patients to keep up with their dental health by offering affordability, transparency, and access.

We are looking for a Spanish Bilingual Scheduling Center Agent who will partner with our patients to schedule their appointments, providing them critical access to care and improved dental health. This is a remote position with full‑time and part‑time options.

• Work with patients to schedule appointments, serving as the first point of contact for new patients calling to book an appointment or learn about Aspen Dental services.
• Answer inbound calls in a high‑volume environment, compassionately handling questions and concerns.
• Listen empathetically and think critically to understand patient needs, using trained sales and customer service techniques to set appointments. Focus on appointment acceptance and customer care to reach individual and call‑center goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Call Center Leadership team.

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• 1+ years of customer service experience (retail, call center, or hospitality) with the ability to answer calls in a high‑volume call center environment strongly preferred.
• Desire to succeed in a fast‑paced, goal‑driven environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to speak clearly and professionally.
• Tech‑savvy – able to navigate provided technology efficiently.
• Must have a cable/fiber‑connect internet with the ability to hardwire the connection within 6 feet of the router (no Wi‑Fi, cellular, or hotspot), and a minimum 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speed.
• Must have a quiet, HIPAA‑compliant, private workspace.
• Some evening and weekend scheduling availability required.

• Pay rate: $17.00 per hour, plus eligibility for performance‑based bonuses paid monthly and pay rate increases at 90 and 180 days.
