Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a front desk receptionist, to begin training ASAP.

At L Spa, we value all of our employees, and we are looking to add a part-time, late afternoon/evening receptionist to our staff. Our receptionists have a pleasant personality, enjoy working with people, have good communication skills, and know how to troubleshoot. This position is for 8-12 hours a week, with your shift beginning at 3:30 and ending at 8:30pm three nights a week.

Job responsibilities:

• Greet clients
• Answer phone in a timely manner and handle specific requests
• Schedule appointments
• Utilize the company POS software to check clients out
• Manage cash drawer and reconcile at end of day
• Restock items as needed (lifting up to 30 pounds)
• Daily light cleaning
• Washing, drying and folding of laundry/towels

Skills and

Qualifications:

• Prior customer service experience and/or scheduling experience
• Ability to work as a team
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, Facebook, Instagram, and email
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Self-motivated
• Be able to work part-time as scheduled (approx. 15-20 hours) Monday - Friday and every fourth Saturday.
