Job Description:

We’re looking for a high-energy, people-loving individual to join our team in a customer-facing role that blends service, communication, and light outreach. This is not a traditional sales role, but we do want someone who enjoys meeting people, building relationships, and being the voice of our company in the community.

As a key team member, you’ll work with property owners, insurance contacts, and local partners to provide top-tier service, answer questions, coordinate updates, and help maintain strong ongoing relationships. You’ll also support our team by checking in with referral partners and helping us stay visible and connected in the markets we serve.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for clients with warmth, clarity, and professionalism
  • Coordinate updates and follow-ups on active jobs to keep clients informed and satisfied
  • Check in regularly with referral partners (insurance agents, property managers, realtors) to maintain relationships and provide updates
  • Assist with outreach efforts — such as dropping off marketing materials, attending events, or scheduling service visits
  • Help manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and log key communication details
  • Support the team with occasional field visits to ensure client experience remains consistent
Ideal Candidate:
  • Extroverted and engaging, with a natural ability to connect with others
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Friendly, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable multitasking and juggling customer interactions
  • Has a “customer-first” mindset and enjoys helping people
  • Experience in customer service, hospitality, or community engagement is a plus
