Overview

Call Center Representative (Appointment Setter) at Lending Tree – Insurance Call Center Representative. Quote Wizard by Lending Tree is growing its Warm Transfer Verification program. Our centers handle outbound calls and inbound calls from customers who recently applied online to receive free insurance quotes. After asking qualifying questions, we match and connect callers with an Insurance Company that can provide a suitable policy.

Ideal candidates must handle a high volume of calls with enthusiasm and professionalism, work in a scripted environment, and aim to achieve targets and continuously raise the bar.

• Make outbound calls as well as take inbound calls from customers who recently applied online for free insurance quotes.
• Ask a series of qualifying questions to match callers with an Insurance Company able to provide a suitable policy.
• Maintain enthusiasm and professionalism in a fast-paced call center environment.
• Work within scripted processes and systems to meet quality and performance expectations.
• Achieve targets and continuously improve performance based on feedback and coaching.

• High School Diploma required
• 2-3 years of Call Center experience (Customer Service and/or Sales) preferred
• Prior outbound telemarketing experience preferred
• Experience with an aggressive, commission-based compensation structure preferred
• Detail oriented with strong work ethic and integrity
• Excellent attendance and ability to work a flexible schedule
• Technically savvy and able to work from home; role is 100% remote for the foreseeable future
• Candidate must have own audio/video capable laptop/desktop for training; mobile devices/tablets are not acceptable during training

• $17.00 hourly with uncapped monthly commission potential (typical commissions between $500 and $3,000 monthly). Commission eligibility begins after 30 days on the team.
• $500 sign-on bonus at 30 days of hire
• $100 monthly attendance bonus after 60 days of hire
