Position: Seabourn Sales Agent - REMOTE - US

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Provide superior customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns related to reservations and company products
  • Demonstrate sales effectiveness by securing deposits, upselling, and recommending travel add-ons
  • Proactively assist customers and Travel Advisors with reservation issues, collaborating with other departments as needed
  • Communicate effectively with customers and team members through both oral and written communication
  • Meet sales and performance metrics while adhering to quality assurance guidelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Minimum of one (1) year experience in customer service or sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency in computer applications and knowledge of computerized reservation systems
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in the travel and hospitality industry
  • Familiarity with high-volume call center operations
