Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service and support to our clients through various online platforms. Your main goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction and retention, as well as drive sales and revenue for the company. This position is ideally suited for Indian nationals who are fluent in English, with a passion for helping others and a strong understanding of online communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Providing product or service information to customers through online chat, email or phone.
- Identifying sales opportunities and promoting products or services to customers.
- Building strong relationships with customers to increase loyalty and retention.
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborating with other team members to improve overall customer experience.
Requirements:
- Indian national with excellent command of English language.
- Previous experience in customer service or sales role preferred.
- Knowledge of online communication channels (chat, email, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations calmly.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
