• Communicate with customers in a proactive and professional manner across multiple communication channels.
• Respond to questions, provide information, and promote products while meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
• De-escalate customers who are upset with their experience and explore options to satisfy their needs.
• Identify root causes of inquiries by asking probing questions to determine the best solution.
• Maintain required product knowledge to deliver best-in-class service.

• Must be available to work one weekend day and holidays.
• Bilingual in Spanish or French is a plus.
• Must be flexible to work 8:00 AM - 10:30 PM Eastern, Monday through Friday; 9:00 AM - 7:30 PM Eastern, Saturday/Sunday.

Minimum Monitor and Accessories

• Monitor resolution: 1280 x 1024 (SXGA) or 1920 x 1080 (Full HD).
• USB Headset with Microphone: JPL TT3 Evo Binaural Headset (Headband + Boom) with case and USB 2.0 lead with volume and mute function.
• Camera:
  Integrated or USB Camera.
• Note:
  
  Dual monitors may be required on some client programs.

Minimum Software

• Google Chrome:
  Latest version for Windows.

Internet Connectivity

• Standard connection; hard-wired preferred.
• Minimum 45 Mbps download / 10 Mbps upload.
• Internet connection must not be shared with more than 3 devices in the same location.
• Maximum latency threshold: 120 ms.
