Travel Specialist

Are you passionate about cruising and dedicated to helping others plan unforgettable getaways? We are seeking a motivated, service-driven Cruise Vacation Consultant to join our expanding travel team. In this role, you will work closely with clients to design seamless and memorable cruise experiences—from selecting the ideal itinerary to coordinating onboard activities. If you thrive in a client-focused environment and love talking travel, this may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Guide clients through cruise destinations, itineraries, and package options to create fully customized vacation experiences.
  • Manage bookings, modifications, and cancellations in accordance with vendor and company policies.
  • Provide accurate, detailed information on cruise lines, ships, ports of call, excursions, and travel requirements.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
  • Deliver an exceptional client experience from initial consultation through post-travel follow-up.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records for all client interactions, quotes, and bookings.
  • Stay current with cruise industry trends, promotions, and partner offers to provide informed recommendations.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service quality and support overall client satisfaction.
Qualifications
  • Must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States.
  • Prior experience in travel sales, hospitality, or customer service (cruise experience is highly preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first mindset.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to balance multiple clients, priorities, and deadlines.
  • Comfortable using booking platforms, CRM systems, and other essential travel technology.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities.
