Our client, a well-established provider of print and marketing services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Remote Account Manager. This role focuses on managing client relationships, handling inquiries, processing orders, and identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities. If you have experience in a client-facing role, proficiency in Hub Spot, and a strong focus on client retention, this is the ideal role for you.
Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Remote (Work From Home)
Salary: $1,000 – $1,500 per month
Work Hours: 9 AM – 5 PM EST
Key Responsibilities- Client Management: Serve as the primary contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Order Handling: Answer calls, manage order inquiries, and accurately process orders through Hub Spot and other platforms.
- Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify and leverage opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services to existing clients, maximizing revenue.
- Client Retention: Develop and implement strategies to retain clients and build long-term relationships, ensuring ongoing satisfaction.
- Hub Spot Utilization: Utilize Hub Spot to manage client interactions, track orders, and maintain detailed records of communications.
- Effective Client Management: Proactively manage client relationships to ensure high satisfaction, resolving inquiries promptly.
- Accurate Order Processing: Efficiently handle order inquiries and process them accurately to ensure smooth operations.
- Revenue Growth: Achieve upselling and cross-selling targets, enhancing overall client value and driving business growth.
- Strong Client Retention: Implement effective strategies for retaining clients and building long-term partnerships.
- Proficient Hub Spot Use: Leverage Hub Spot for managing client information, interactions, and supporting account management objectives.
- Client-Facing
Experience:
Proven experience in a client-facing role, with strong relationship management and customer service skills. - Hub Spot Proficiency: Demonstrable proficiency with Hub Spot for managing client interactions and maintaining accurate records.
- Order Management
Skills:
Ability to efficiently handle order inquiries, data entry, and process orders with accuracy. - Upselling & Cross-Selling: Experience identifying and acting on opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products or services.
- Fluency in English: Native fluency in both verbal and written English is required.
- Fully Remote: Work from home with a flexible schedule.
