Provide exceptional customer service to members through various communication channels;
Respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and resolve complaints in a timely and professional manner;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate resolution of member concerns;
Maintain accurate documentation of member interactions and escalate complex cases to the appropriate departments;
Educate members on their health benefits and assist with navigating the healthcare system;
Proactively identify and address potential issues to improve member satisfaction and retention.
