[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / $20+ per hour - As a Customer Support Rep at ECP, you will:
Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat;
Answer incoming inquiries and troubleshoot issues efficiently and accurately;
Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy while addressing customer concerns;
Utilize company software and resources to assist customers with product questions and concerns;
Document customer interactions and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments if needed;
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
