Mostly remote Customer Service Associate -$18.75/hr
Join our team as a mostly remote Customer Service Associate, assisting healthcare providers in ensuring prescription coverage for patients. This role begins with handling inbound faxes and transitions to managing phone calls in a call center environment. Candidates must be living in Massachusetts to be considered per company policy. This role pays $18.75/hr there will be an onsite training for the first month then transition to remote work after.
Responsibilities- Manage incoming faxes with provider, patient, and medication details
- Ensure all necessary information is complete, such as date of birth and medication dosage
- Follow up with providers to obtain missing details
- Accurately input data into the system to confirm prescription coverage
- Handle approximately 20 inbound calls per day to gather and verify the same information
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience (preferably in a call center)
- Must be a resident of Massachusetts
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to manage both fax and phone-based tasks efficiently
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast‑paced call center environment
