- Coordinate air, hotel, car, and ground transportation bookings for urgent domestic and international travel
- Maintain compliance with service level agreements to ensure timely travel assistance
- Manage rerouting and exchange processes to minimize disruptions to travel plans
- Keep clients informed about necessary travel documents and health requirements for their destinations
- Handle complex ticketing and itinerary changes efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate travel management
- Proficiency with Sabre GDS for fare calculations, itinerary management, and ticket issuance
- Strong understanding of global geography and international travel destinations
- Proven ability to manage complex itineraries and Passenger Name Records (PNRs)
- Excellent communication skills to reassure and inform clients throughout the travel process
- Previous exposure to quality control processes in travel bookings
- Experience with emergency travel requests and time-sensitive issues
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and finding creative solutions
- Familiarity with various communication tools and travel booking systems
- Ability to maintain professionalism under high-stress situations
