[Customer Service / Remote] - Anywhere in U.S. / Up to $24 per hour / Medical, dental & vision / 401k match / PTO / 4 day work week - As a Customer Support Coordinator at Jabra Hearing, you will:
Manage and respond to customer inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and chat;
Provide excellent customer service by actively listening and addressing customer needs and concerns;
Schedule and reschedule customer appointments;
Assist customers with placing orders;
Provide customers with shipping and order status updates;
