• Consult with clients to determine their travel needs, preferences, and budget.
• Research, plan, and book travel arrangements including flights, accommodations, transportation, excursions, and travel insurance.
• Provide expert recommendations on destinations, itineraries, and travel packages.
• Stay up to date on travel trends, destination updates, and supplier promotions.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Manage client reservations, payments, and travel documentation.
• Handle changes, cancellations, and special requests efficiently.
