Remote Bilingual Customer Support Specialist

• Provide inbound customer support regarding energy efficiency programs and services
• Schedule visits and enroll customers in various utility programs

• High School Diploma or GED
• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in a customer-facing environment
• Ability to type at least 35 words per minute
• No attendance or punctuality issues

• Previous experience in a call center environment, especially in inbound/outbound sales
• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on sales satisfaction
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multi-platform environment

• Salary of $18 per hour plus a $65 monthly internet stipend
